After 6 months on the market I found Suzanne on a feng shui facebook page and checked her website. This freebie caught my eye and made me take a cold hard look at my home. With support, encouragement and some home-truths, I made some changes, took new pics and put the place back on the market. It sold less than 24 hours later.
After 35 years in the same home we had got a bit complacent and stopped noticing the flaws and issues which, as it turned out, were putting buyers off. Our first agent blinded us with stats and ego stroking but failed to get more than a couple of viewings despite his bluster.
